Service Area & International Shipping
QuickSilver Printing & Copying, Inc. proudly serves customers across the entire United States. International shipping is available; however, please anticipate extended delivery timelines and significantly higher shipping costs due to international customs processing.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Within Florida: Shipments typically arrive within one business day. Please note that our carrier cutoff for processing is 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM EST; orders processed after this window may require an additional business day.
Domestic Deliveries: Deliveries generally take approximately 3–5 business days.
Disclaimer: All shipping dates are estimates only and may vary from the final delivery charge or date. We strongly advise allowing ample time for both production and shipping for all time-sensitive materials to account for potential carrier delays or lost packages.
Customer Shipping Accounts & Expedited Requests
Third-Party Accounts: We are willing to use a customer’s personal shipping account upon request. Please note that the customer assumes all liability for the shipment when their own account is used.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is available upon request. Any additional upcharges for these services are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Risk of Loss and Delivery Issues
All shipments are considered "FOB Shipping Point," meaning the risk of loss and title for all products pass to the customer upon our delivery of the order to the shipping carrier. QuickSilver Printing & Copying, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once a delivery confirmation has been issued.
Claims Window: All claims for shipping damage, shortages, or defects must be submitted in writing within two (2) business days of delivery.
Address Changes: Shipping addresses cannot be modified once an order has departed our facility.
Failed Delivery: If a package is undeliverable due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up), the customer remains responsible for all production costs. Additional fees will apply for any reshipping or return-to-sender charges.
Production Delays and Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to maintain production schedules, equipment failures or technical issues may occasionally cause delays. In these instances, any paid rush fees may be refunded; however, such delays do not provide grounds for order cancellation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickSilver Printing & Copying, Inc.'s maximum liability shall not exceed the actual amount paid for the specific goods in dispute. We are not liable for any consequential damages, such as lost profits, resulting from shipping delays.
Force Majeure
By placing an order with QuickSilver Printing & Copying, Inc., you agree that we are not responsible for any delays, and no refunds or credits will be due for circumstances beyond our direct control. This includes, but is not limited to:
Carrier & Labor: Shipping company delays, strikes, or work stoppages.
Environmental & Safety: Acts of God, severe weather, or environmental incidents.
Government & Law: Customs delays, quarantine, or actions by public authorities.
Disruptions: Civil unrest, war, utility failures, or disruptions in transportation networks.

QuickSilver Printing & Copying, Inc. reserves the right to update or revise our Shipping Policy and Guidelines at any time without prior notice. These modifications may occur to reflect changes in our internal procedures, service enhancements, or in response to our customers' feedback. Any changes will be evidenced by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
