Claims and Quality Assurance
At QuickSilver Printing & Copying, Inc., we stand behind the quality of our work. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing to print@qsptampa.com within two (2) business days of delivery. To process a claim, please provide a detailed description of the issue along with digital photos of the product and packaging.
Final Sale & Quality Expectations
Due to the nature of our services, all orders are considered final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for customer errors, including spelling/grammatical mistakes, low-resolution images, or design choices approved during proofing. Furthermore:
Color Matching: We do not guarantee a 100% exact color match. Due to variations in equipment, paper, and screen calibrations, slight differences in color between digital proofs and the final product are expected and do not constitute a defect.
Quantity Variance: Industry standards allow for a variance of +/- 10% in the final delivered quantity. Shortages will only be credited if they fall outside this 10% range. Overages within this range are provided at no extra cost.
Copyright & Indemnity: The customer warrants they own the rights to all provided content and agrees to indemnify QuickSilver Printing & Copying, Inc. against any copyright or trademark infringement claims.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before the start of production; however, any costs already incurred for design, proofs, or materials will be billed to the customer. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Resolution and Reprints
If an error is determined to be the fault of QuickSilver Printing & Copying, Inc., our primary resolution will be a reprint of the affected portion of the order at no additional cost. Refunds or credits are issued at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to require the return of the original merchandise before issuing a reprint or credit.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maximum liability of QuickSilver Printing & Copying, Inc. for any order shall not exceed the actual amount paid for the specific goods in dispute. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, such as lost profits or missed deadlines, resulting from errors, omissions, or production delays.
Policy Updates
QuickSilver Printing & Copying, Inc. reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the terms in effect at the time of your order. Any changes will be evidenced by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
